YOUR LEARNING ADVENTURE BEGINS

  • Fraudulent Use: Using the Website fraudulently or in conflict with these General Terms and Conditions may result in access denial to services and functionalities.

USING ATLAS SCHOOL OF TRAINING

  • Violation of Laws: Violate any laws, third-party rights, or our policies.

  • Age and Capability: Use our services if you are not legally capable of entering binding contracts or if you are under 18.

  • Payment Obligations: Fail to pay for training unless there are changes post-purchase or material typographical errors.

  • Fee Structure: Circumvent or manipulate our fee structure, billing process, or fees owed to Atlas School of Training.

  • False Information: Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information.

  • Feedback System: Take actions that undermine the feedback or ratings systems.

  • Account Transfer: Transfer your Atlas School of Training account without our consent.

  • Spam and Viruses: Distribute spam, unsolicited communications, viruses, or any technologies harmful to us or other users.

  • Content Use: Copy, distribute, or exploit content from the Website in violation of third-party rights.

ABUSING ATLAS SCOOL OF TRAINING

We collaborate with our users to maintain the integrity of our sites and services. Report problems, offensive content, or policy violations to us.

We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate our Website, services, user accounts, and take technical and legal steps to address issues or liabilities. This includes cancelling unconfirmed accounts, inactive accounts, or modifying/discontinuing services.

YOUR ACCOUNT

Your account is your responsibility. Maintain confidentiality, restrict access, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to refuse/cancel service, terminate accounts, or edit content at our discretion.

ADMISSION

To secure your course, full payment in advance is required. Apply for a training place via the Website, with reservation completed on payment. Failure to pay in full may result in being denied training.

We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Effective communication in English is necessary, and insufficient language proficiency may require rescheduling with applicable fees.

RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND POLICY

If you wish to reschedule the date, a minimum of 7 days' notice must be given. Rescheduling is permissible for a course within 6 months, subject to availability.

Cancellation is only allowed if you notify us at least 7 days before the course commencement. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable unless the course is cancelled by Atlas School of Training.

No refunds are provided for non-attendance.

In the event of insufficient ID, lateness, or failure to complete pre-course e-learning, Atlas School of Training reserves the right to remove a participant from the course, resulting in the loss of payment.

Atlas School of Training also reserves the right to cancel a course. In such cases, students will be eligible for a full refund or may re-book the course for an alternative date at no additional cost.

RESISTS

You are allowed 1 (one) free resit.

You must attend booked resit sessions on time; non-attendance forfeits fees.

Resits are only available after attending the entire course and do not include add-on courses.

OUTCOME OF TRAINING

Assessment results are typically available within 14 working days, accessible online. Atlas School of Training is not liable for delays by the Awarding Body.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We disclaim liability for other users' content, actions, or inactions. While we facilitate dispute resolution, we lack control over those providing classes on our behalf.

We are not liable for losses resulting from not following our instructions, and we cannot guarantee continuous access to our sites or secure operations.

To the extent legally permitted, we exclude implied warranties and limit liability to the total fees paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
